Not a lot of people know this, but Rishabh Pant actually comes from Uttarakhand, and he is a 1997-born. Talking about his family, well, he was born into a typical middle-class family, but really supportive. It was actually for his passion for the game that his family took seriously and moved to Delhi for better training. And we have all witnessed how far he has come because of that.

He isn’t married yet, but he is in a relationship with Isha Negi at the moment. And talking about how he is off the field, well, mostly he likes to chill out and have a lot of fun (as much as he can, at least that’s what his friends and teammates say).

Professional Life And IPL Career

Actually, Rishabh Pant became famous even before he started playing for India at the international level. You see, he was known for his hard-hitting since the Under-19 World Cup back in 2016. And because of his great performance, he was picked up for the T20 format for the Indian cricket team in 2017, and the next year, he made his debut in ODI as well as in Test format.

And it was back in 2016 when he made his IPL debut too, and sure enough, that is mainly because of his performance in the U-19 World Cup that year. He was part of the Delhi Capitals from the very start, and he played for them up until 2024, and even became the captain of the team. So far, though, his best season was IPL 2018 when he scored a  big 684 runs in just one season and even scored a 128*, which at the time made him the second-youngest player to hit a century in IPL. Though this year, you will not be seeing him in the DC jersey because now he is part of the Lucknow Super Giants team, mainly as the captain.
