His domestic career began in 2018 with a debut into List A at the Vijay Hazare Trophy. He started his first-class career during the same year in the Ranji Trophy, while in early 2019, he made his T20 debut during the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. He bowls slow left-arm spin and sometimes wrist spin, picks wickets in the middle overs. He was an integral member of the Madhya Pradesh team that won the Ranji Trophy in 2021–22. In 2022, the Mumbai Indians gave him his first IPL contract. He has appeared in 12 matches for Mumbai, taking 10 wickets, with the best bowling of 2 for 22, over three seasons. In the 2025 IPL auction, Rajasthan Royals bought him for ₹30 lakh. He played several matches for the Royals, taking crucial wickets and becoming a dependable spinner for them in the middle overs in IPL 2025.
