Professional Life And IPL Career
Swastik began playing cricket in the streets of Ghaziabad as a small boy and quickly went on to play for the youth teams of Uttar Pradesh. He made his mark on the big stage, scoring a century on his debut List A match for Uttar Pradesh in the Vijay Hazare Trophy 2023. He had another spectacular outing as he smashed an unbeaten 114 in the Uttar Pradesh T20 League 2024 to become the highest run-scorer in the tournament. His explosive batting and useful off-spin bowling impressed IPL scouts, and during the IPL 2025 auction, he was picked up by Royal Challengers Bangalore for ₹30 lakh. He now fits well into the RCB squad for his debut.
