Right now, Rohit is actually 38 years old and he is among the most senior players who are still playing in the IPL or for the country. And as you may already know, he was born and brought up in Mumbai, and started playing cricket when he was super young.

Professional Life and IPL Career
In 2006, Rohit started playing cricket with the Mumbai domestic side. The following year saw his One Day International debut for India, where he evidently made his mark by scoring the highest individual score in an ODI of 264 runs. However, it was in 2013 when he soared through the Test ranks with a debut century to become an important player overseas. And in T20 Internationals, Rohit has been part of the Team India that has won the T20 World Cup 2024 and holds various batting records.
