Harpreet Brar is 29 years old right now, and surely, he was born and brought up in Punjab. That’s why you also see him playing for the Punjab team in the List A matches. And that happened because his whole family loves sports, particularly cricket, and that’s why, from a very young age, Harpreet Brar became kinda fond of cricket. He began his professional career with the Punjab state team in 2018. He is a slow left-arm spinner and has the capability of scoring quick runs down the order. There were many important wickets in his name at various state competitions like the Ranji Trophy and Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, which proved he could handle tough situations.

In 2019, Punjab bought him through the auction of its IPL franchise, and thus, made his IPL debut with Kings XI Punjab in that year itself. He bowled really well under control and surprised many with some very valuable knocks when runs were needed for his team. He continued to be backed by the franchise when they changed their name from Kings XI Punjab to Punjab Kings. As of IPL 2025, Harpreet has played over 40 matches and has taken more than 25 wickets.
